Applications for admission are obliged to submit in a prescribed form which will be obtained from the School Office.

Admission to Std. I-VIII is on the basis of an aptitude test. Children are admitted to K.G. classes on the basis of norms decided by the Governing Board from time to time. Admission to Std. XI will commence soon after publication of the Board results and will be on the basis of the grade or marks scored at the qualifying examination. As the number of students in each class is limited, admission is possible only if any vacancy arises. Children who wish to secure admission to Std. I should have completed 512 years by 18 June.
Tuition fee is charged for all the 10 months of the academic year (applicable from 2014 – 15 only). No reduction is made for holidays, absence or broken. Monthly fees are to be paid before the 15th of every month and after the due date a late fee of Rs. 10 up to the 30th and Rs. 20 per month thereafter.
If there are arrears of fees for more than four months, the students name is liable to be removed from the rolls. No student will be allowed to appear for the examination unless he/she has paid all the fees. Fee for T.C. is Rs. 100/-. Application for T.C. should be submitted in the School Office well in advance to obtain the same. No T.C. will be issued until all financial obligations to the school are settled in full. Final results will be issued only after all the dues are paid.




ACADEMIC WORK AND EVALUATION




Academic progress is evaluated through continuous assessments. Terminal Examinations are held at the end of the terms. Promotion is decided on the basis of the academic progress made throughout the year.




Medical Assistance

Responding to the at random activities like sudden injury of the students, during sports periods and sudden inconvenience of health problem of any student the school provides a basic treatment to be manageable, for that particular situation and latter on being handed over to the parents of the sick/injured students, even to the nearest Medical Practitioner (in Emergency).
